How often shared hosting blog optimize the database for maximum performances?

    I’m on the Bluehost shared host. They only allow 15 MySQL quires per user. I already have 24 quires per user. I think it’s not too much affect me as a result of the W3 Total caching plug-in (I guess).

    So is it good thing automatically optimize database every 6 hours or 24 hours with WP-DBManager?
