How much is a reasonable cost to set up a WordPress site with no custom coding?

So I built my own site (http://www.improveyoursocialskills.com) by teaching myself WordPress. I don’t know a lick of code, but the site is functional and looks ok even if it’s not beautiful.

A friend of a friend reached out to me and is starting a small business, and asked me if I could help her create a site. Assuming that she doesn’t want any custom coding or graphics (which I’m unable to do), how much would be a reasonable rate to charge? It sounds like she just wants a WordPress site that has some pages of information about her business and maybe a contact form. I might charge less than the “market” rate since it’s a friend of a friend, but I want to know what is a fair amount given what she’s asking and my level of expertise.
