• I wonder how many people with problems are left in the lurch? we can’t even pay for support! Twice I have had serious problems the last one necessitating me deleting my entire site because of a lack of support or response to two forum posts!

The first I gave up after two unanswered posts. It seems that there are so many problems with WordPress that your requests for help disappear off the page after a few minutes.

Were are the moderators? Don’t they check for unanswered queries or problems? I will delete my entire site and start again, but certainly won’t expect any help if I have a problem.

I would have paid to have this problem resolved, but I have no time to wait for an unlimited period – it is already several days. Totally unacceptable for such a universally used blogging service.

    Get this support problem fixed!

  • Both of your posts were answered – in one case by a forum moderator. WordPress is free software and these free, volunteer-staffed forums are the only support resource available via wordpress.org. It they do not suit your needs, there are plenty of other resources that you could try. Or you could consider hiring someone to carry out the work for you.
