   Hi Guys:

   My site is http://christian-dating-service-plus.com/

   My question is about pinging. How much pinging should I do. I know word press uses Pingo-matic and updates itself. Yet, there are other pinging services like Pingoat that do the same. could I be penalized for uses duplication services? I think I got banned from Tachnorati for pinging too much...? Is being banned from a pinging service Temporary?
