how i put read more in my resuming entry’s

Hi, i hope some one can help me, ok i have the read more link, with a custom image, but my template is “Therapy” by WooThemes, this one have dynamic resizer image, so when i use this feature doesn’t show me a read more link… only when i didn’t use it, i want to show the read more link without disable the “display the excerpt only.” on my template… here is my website http://psyvisions.co.cc thanks to all! =)
