jowra, you’re right, sorry, the URL should have been:

http://static.wordpress.org/archive/

That’s got all the official final releases — not any of the nightly builds. In other words, it’s a list of what was released for the general public, not just developers. It also includes all the variants of those WordPress releases (versions 1.5.1.1, 1.5.1.2, 1.5.1.3, etc).
