This is a good site. Pretty simple, which is needed for the sensitive content that you have on your site.
I have only one suggestion though, you can give your container some padding to the left and right, which leaving some gutter which would increase readability of your viewers.
Also, if you have some different transition effects for the image slider you can try that too, or better off you can reduce the speed of the slide of images.
