   I downloaded a theme from the internet that I liked. Now it says I need to
   "STEP#3:
   Upload the complete folder of your template to your WordPress installation - into the following folder: yourwebsite.com/wp-content/themes/
   The best way to do this is to upload the files via FTP using an FTP client. Uploading files via a file manager would take too long time and would be quite difficult as you would have to upload the files file by file. So if your web hosting provider supports FTP, it’s worth using it."

   I dont know how to do this step.. I dont even know what a FTP is... can anyone explain to me in simple terms how to do this step?

   You can upload the theme via Dashboard instead of FTP.

   Go to your Dashboard > Appearance > Install Themes > Upload.

   Upload the theme you just downloaded (unextracted) then install it.

   The theme must be zipped to upload via Admin.

   To use FTP, see Filezilla and FTP Clients « WordPress Codex.
