How do you take one of the theme headers and turn it into an animated header? (1 post)

    I am new to WP and was wondering about 2 similar things:

    1) Is their a way to take the header of a theme that I used from the free WP themes and use a flash banner and/or animated banner instead. Doesn't matter whether it's Flash or Javascript
    2) Can I take a jpg or png file of a logo and place it into the header of the template theme that I used.
