How Do You Re-Arrange the Order of Categories

The My Category Order plugin works nicely but I think you have to use the widget to display the categories in order for the plugin to work.

If you don’t want to use widgets, you can use orderby in the theme file but that will only sort them in a logical order such as by name ascending or descending. The plugin lets you put them in any order you want.
