   You are not clear on where you have your content and if you have wordpress all setup.

   You may need to provide some specifics, here. What exactly are you trying to publish?

   I have everything done I just don't know how to publish to the site.

   Does that mean that WordPress has already been installed on your remote server and can be accessed by typing your domain in your browser?

   I have the site designed I just need to publish it so that when you go to the site it comes up.

   Do you already have a web host (for example: Godaddy, BlueHost, Laughing Squid, DreamHost, etc...) and have you already installed WordPress on your account at your web host? Would that be a yes or a no?
