How do you manually add a dollar amount in Astoundify?

I’m getting ready to run a campaign using this plugin, and we’ve already received a large contribution from someone so there is no need to run them through PayPal and loose any of the funds. How do I start by manually entering the amount they paid on the backend? Thanks!
