How do you make a blog live? (4 posts)

I have a site that I just finished and I want to make it live. The name of my site is http://www.populardiets.net/wp. The only way I can see the site is with the wp on the end. Anyone know how to move it to the main domain so it will show up?

    Thanks

I'm not sure whether it's this simple, but can you move the contents of the /wp/ folder out of it?
    Edit: ^ Does not work

This is my favourite method, rather than moving the whole install.

If you prefer to move it to root

However, you cannot simply move the files.... the URL's must be adjusted too -- following my first link will keep you from having to do any database rewrites for uploaded images

I used the first method and worked fine. Thanks! I have one more problem. Now when I make changes to the blog, no matter what it is, it will not show up for the live URL, only for the /wp URL. Have any idea why that would happen. Did I miss something?
