   Ive actually done this before so I know its possible. Ive looked through pages of post and no one has come up with an answer. All I want is the particular code or what i need to copy into my main page outside of wordpress.

   some of the codes were helpful but only show the permalinks. how do you intergrate the complete news and only the news?

   You're going to have to clarify what you mean by "news."
