I was wondering if someone knows how to hide tags on posts in the Eximius theme?

If you look on line 10 in the index.php file and search for "Tag" you will find the portion of the code that displays the "tags".
Comment out that section or remove the parts you do not want displayed.
PS: You may also need to address other template files such as single.php, etc.
