How do you find pictures that contain right pixels for slider?

There are no paid upgrade on WordPress.ORG self-hosted sites. Is your site on WordPress.COM? If so, you need to be on their forums here:

If it’s on GoDaddy, that’s self-hosted and these are the correct forums.

If this is a theme-specific question, you will need to use the help provided by the theme vendor – in this case:

As to the download delay, again, you need to take that up with the theme developer and/or GoDaddy (if you purchased it via them).

commercial themes are not supported on these forums.
