Over the years I've created various custom field options, some I'm no longer using. Is there a way to delete these custom field options so they won't show up when I click on the "Select" so I don't have to scroll through a bunch of custom fields I'm no longer using?

Maybe an old post is still using them? My unused custom field keys always disappear from the select option.

Hmm, don't think so. For instance, I recently activated a new plugin that added two extra custom fields automatically (feed url, etc) which I didn't use, but the fields are still there, forever now, clogging up my list.
Do the custom keys remain after uninstalling the plugin? If it's a plugin you want to keep using, you may be stuck with the extra custom fields.
