How do you customize the homepage version?

Hi I have this website

and I like the plugin. I just want to hide all the navigation and have a random iamge appear on my homescreen.

I saw in the instructions that you can use an xml file on the page options. Unfortunately the home page has no editor, so how would I have a custom xml for that? Just to remove the navigation and leave it normal for any other page?
