How do you clear Update Messages?

    Hello,
    I’m trying to clear out some update messages on my WP installation. I have messages in the Dashboard that indicate that three plug-ins require updates, however I *know* I’ve updated to the latest version.

    How do I cancel / clear out these update warnings from my admin dashboard panel?
