How do you change this?

okay,

first time wordpress user here and I am getting super frustrated. I have been just trying to get the basic setup of my website down and have been having so much trouble. I just heard about WIX and might switch over unless I can get some help here. I wish WP was drag and drop like that. It looks so much easier. ::END RANT::

A) I would like to change the color in my header from a dark gray to a lighter gray so I can see my logo better.

B) I also find it to be rather big (would like less height).

C) I would like to put the address of my business under the telephone number with different font colors.

If someone could please direct me on how to do this and maybe provide a resource or two which could teach me the basics on editing the themes that would be super helpful. I have searched the forums but have been having a lot of trouble figuring the basics out.

Do I need to create a child theme if I want to edit code in a cyberchimp theme?

Is there a way to make wordpress drag and drop through plugins or available tools??
