    How do you change color of the menu bar to red, keep white lettering ?

    Also, if I want to change the lettering, to lets say, black, where do I change this?

    This is the best theme by the way!

    Love it!

    No way to help with CSS without seeing your site. Using a browser tool like Firebug will show you the CSS controlling those styles - copy the styles code to Custom CSS and make changes there.

    Why does my cheesebox.jp site, not allow www. before the address.

    Try adding this to your custom CSS:

    .menu {
        background-color: red;
        background-image: none;
    }
