Silly question, but how do we actually enter the testimonials themselves? There seems to be a dummy testimonial which appears by default. But I don't actually see a place in the widget instance settings for entering data.
Thanks,
doug

Never mind. Found it on the left-side of the dashboard.

Michael,
I hadn't seen that screenshot. Useful.
One thing I could not get to work was just setting a character limit. A testimonial would get cut off unless I set the limit to 0, no matter how large I set an actual number.
I was wondering if the character limit was set less is the ... supposed to link to the full testimonial? It wasn't doing that. So I'm leaving at 0 now so people can at least see the whole thing.
Thanks,
doug
Doug,
Can you please create a test page with two shortcodes being used. One list with char_limit 250 and another with char_limit 0?
[testimonialswidget_list char_limit=0]
[testimonialswidget_list char_limit=250]
Then send the URL.
Michael
Michael,
I've created the test page. Where can I send the URL to? (The site is under development so it would be best if I didn't post it publicly.)
Much thanks,
doug
There's a support email on the TW main page, near bottom.
Sorry, I can't find the page you are referring to or the support email link anywhere.
Could you provide me with that info? Or, alternatively, if you would like to email me at doug(at)lerner.net I would be happy to reply with the URL.
Thanks,
doug
Did you look at the bottom of http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/testimonials-widget/?
Sorry, I missed that. I went on to the Support page.
Thanks for sending me separate email though.
Yours,
doug
