   I use yahoo hosting and it provides wordpress but I dont know how to install a new theme.I tried uploading the zip file and it uploaded but I still couldnt find the theme.Then I tried to unzipping the file but when i tried to up load the whole file it wouldnt let me.Can some one please help?Thanks!!

   Well that didnt do me a bit of good.I dont own winzip..So how do i fix it so when I unzip the files they work by clicking the folder once?Wouldnt it be easier if they downloaded the way they have to upload?I mean really!! Why cant that be done? just download then upload..why is not that simple?

   Hi there, you don't beed to own winzip there are plenty of open source pieces of software, like 7 zip for example.

   you're gonna have to learn about zipped files, for themes,plugins, and of course wordpress itself, with auto install and auto upgrade its getting easier by the day but still essential to know how to do it manually.
   watch the videos on the link whoami gave for you, they are excellent.
   Also the tutorials by figaro will be of great help.
