Hi I have read forums and documentation and everything else i can find about running wordpress cron function, but I'm still lost, it probably has something to do with my not understanding php or computer programming so any help I can get would be really appreciated. Can someone tell me using plain english how I use WordPress Cron Function, my host doesn't support cron so I have to use the wordpress function to update my news feeds for my site, I go to my file manager and find my cron.php file but I do not know what to do from there, I don't know how to run it, and I don't know how to add my feeds to it so they update.

Your feed files are produced on demand so there's no need to run cron to update them.
