   Hi,

   Can anyone please help me upload my WordPress site from Apache to my Fasthosts server?

   I am using Dreamweaver to upload but I'm not too sure exactly which folders/files I need to upload.

   I'm hoping its not the whole WordPress folder as wouldn't this stop me from creating any more sites in future?

   You could use FTP to upload the files, and then use phpMyAdmin to import the actual database.

   Hi Michael,

   Thanks for your reply.

   Acording to the 'Moving WordPress' instructions I just need to edit the 'wp-config.php' file and upload all files.

   The problem I have is I am not sure what I need to edit and where I can find the necessary information on Fasthosts - can anyone please shead some light?

   you just wrote what you edit: wp-config.php

   Look inside the file -- its very straightforward.

   If you dont know the settings, ask your host. they actually have a job that includes telling you this sort of information.
