How do I upload a theme ?

    I have selected a theme in the wordpress group. I just don’t know how to
    upload the stylesheets etc to the Admin panel. Can someone help?

    What is the “wordpress group”?
    The usual way is like this: download the selected theme; unzip it on your computer; upload through FTP to your site > into the wp-content/themes/xxx folder – where xxx is the name of the theme’s folder.

    After that go to the admin panel, select Presentation and select the desired theme.

    Fire up your ftp client. Go into wp-content/themes. Create a new folder in the theme name. Put your stuff in there.
