I downloaded the template I wanted and it’s zipped on my desktop. I am new at all of this and not a techy person, so I really need a helpful person who could walk me through what to do next. I’m using a Mac Book Pro and the File that everyone seems to be using doesn’t work on a Mac. I downloaded Cyberduck, which supposedly is the same thing for a Mac. Right now I have a folder in my downloads with all the files, but I don’t know what to do next. Please HELP!

Use net2ftp http://www.net2ftp.com/ to log in to your sites ftp. Navigate to the wp-content/themes directory and use net2ftps zip file upload function to upload all the theme files.

tomontoast – how does one “log in to your sites ftp”? that is the part I am getting stuck on. I knew how to do it on my PC, but cannot figure it out on my Mac using godaddy as my domain? Do you or anyone else know?? thanks.

The easiest way is to log into the admin area of wordpress and go to:

    Appearance >> Add New Themes

At the top of the screen click the “Upload” link, browse to the file on your Mac and click the “Install Now” button.

    According to GoDaddy…

I have to say though that I have been very frustrated with GoDaddy’s supposed FTP access in the past.
