   Hi,

   I have found three WP Themes that I would like to upload to the Themes section in the WP Admin area, so I can have a better look at them, but I can't find any instructions on how to get them there...and my hosting company says they can't help.

   Please, is there anyone who could help with some instructions?

   In wp-admin go to: Appearance - Add New Themes - click on "Upload".
   Browse... to your downloaded zip file then click on the Install now button.

   ...easy once you know how. :-)
