how do i upgrade to 2.2?

    This might be a stupid question, but how do i upgrade to 2.2 without losing my blog?
    there isnt an upgrade button through my server and fantastico, so i have to do it manually, i also thought there might be an explanation of how to upgrade on the wordpress dashboard.. but nope not that i can find.
