How do I upgrade (are there better instructions)?

    I’ve run into a little trouble updating. I deleted all the physical files in the wordpress folder and uploaded the new ones, then ran the update script but ran into errors and… my entire previous blog was deleted DAMN.

    I’ve got to update about 10 other WPs but I don’t want to do it if they are gonna be wiped as well. Is there a link somewhere?
