Hello, I use a theme called constructor for my WP-site. Yesterday I upgraded and something went wrong (might have lost internet during the process) and now I can´t access the admin page. The support at my webbhotel adviced me to do the upgrade again via my ftp-client (the php-error said there were files missing). How do I go about that? I guess I´m supposed to somehow replace the content in the upgrades-folder, but I need detailes.
