   Is there a way to turn off the email and website boxes for comments, also maybe add a Captcha?

   To remove the email and website input boxes, you'll need to edit the form in your theme's comments.php file. However,. ensure, first, that you've unticked the box "Comment author must fill out name and e-mail" on Admin/Settings/Discussion.

   To add a captcha (*shudder*), try looking through the Plugin Directory.
