   I'm a bit confused as to how I translate the Toolbox theme, any pointers would be greatly appreciated. :)

   A clarification: I understand that I need to create a [locale].php file but I'm unsure of how it needs to be formed to work.

   Just got an excellent tip elsewhere about http://www.icanlocalize.com/tools/php_scanner, which helped me out.
