How do I top-align posts in grid?

    A little help, please 🙂

    I would like my posts displayed in descending order from the most recent to the oldest.

    Basically I would like to align my posts in the grid, so that the top of the posts are aligned.

    I’m using two columns, but depending on the size of the featured image, the space between every row varies.

    This makes my posts appear out of order, as in this screen dump from my blog as it looks now: Unaligned

    I’ve edited the image in Photoshop, to make it look like I want to: Aligned

    How do I do this?
