How do I temporarily turn off ALL plugins?

I noticed that WP 3.9.1 does not allow me to change a picture (no edit, no X) on any of the pages, and I’m suspecting a plugin conflict. I am using many so, blessings to you for this cool product to give me back control, rather than kowtowing to developers.
