Please don't give me a link to the wordpress one as i don't understand what they mean?? i have a very simple plugin and all i want is a simle explaination as to how i submit/upload it?

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add/If it gets approved you will need to use SVN. A guide I point people at is this one:
http://mindsharestrategy.com/2011/how-to-publish-a-wordpress-plugin-subversion/This is what you will need to do. Using SVN is required.
