   Hi,

   I am looking for the simplest way to set up a blog or "vlog" where folks can view my documentary (for a small fee) and blog. is there such a theme that i haven't discovered yet?

   Explain what do you mean by letting "folks to blog"?
   Who can blog = post entries in the blog, has nothing to do with themes.

   i am looking for the simplest way to set up a blog where people cans see the doc and share info and POVs via the blog. is there a template available? i am not much of a programmer, i am a filmmaker.

   What you're going to need to do is go through the WordPress themes, pick one you like and then install the PodPress plugin which also includes video support and I think includes subscriber functions for premium content.
