How do I see my footer menu?

I have a footer menu that was visible, but now has disappeared. In “Appearance”, the footer menu is still there, but is not visible on the published site.

Can you please be more specific. What Theme, the site etc.

Please go back to Theme Options > Webmaster Tools and enter the verification code -vs the HTML file Google provided. More details.
For the footer and according to, you’ve modified either header.php or footer.php and have some stray tags.
Please consider Child Theme for any and all modifications.

I believe that this was added from Theme Options.
I put the Child thingy theme in … MISTAKE!

yeah. taken child theme off . Menus not working.
Still csn’t find footer menu. Can’t find where that google code in the header is too to take it out.ok .. found the header code .. in appearance/editor/header.
Fixed that one.. WHEW!
Now the footer menu needs to be reintated. How? Please
It seems like good part of the footer.php was excluded, that would most likely be why
Would I be best to delete the footer menu and redo it? My pages will still. Be the wont they? Just the menu deleted?

Footer menu is controlled from the custom menu, so if the menu was created, simply delete it from Appearance > Menus and that’s about it π
