How do I search only the "alphabeta" forum? (4 posts)

Ok, I know I'll probably get shunned for posting this, but how the heck do I search only the threads in the alphabet forum?

When I try searching using the search box at the top of the page it searches the entire support forum.

I'm looking to find issues relating to the new "Media" features because I do not want to post duplicate threads and manually searching threw the 30+ pages is not feasible.

Also how could I filter out "resolved" issues?

Short answer. You can't. And you can't. :-(

Yes - we know the forum search sucks but there isn't a great deal we can do about it at the moment. Searching via Google might be more productive in this situation.

The Google search option works pretty well and is easy:

If you type the following into a Google search box, you get a pretty fair result.

    "Media" site:http://wordpress.org/support/forum/alphabeta
