    It will be in Single.php somewhere.

    You’ll need to locate the navigation and remove the lines from before and after the content.

    Without seeing the site, or knowing which theme you’re using, it’s very hard to guess.

    you probably need to edit index.php (for the front page ?, or the template that generates the page you are talking about) and look for ‘posts_nav_link()’ or ‘next_posts_link()’ or ‘previous_posts_link()’ (with stuff in the backets) and delete the code together with the corrsponding html tags.
