Hey! My website is http://www.soccermania.co.in !
I really like this theme but I can't seem to remove the links at the bottom.
I tried that marker thing in Functions.php file and then copy-pasting the HTML code in footer.php! But It simply makes my bottom menus/plugins static! i.e. If I put a twitter feed widget at bottom it stays the same as the HTML code and doesn't get updated.
The Encrypted footer part is base64 encryption. which is something like this:
eval(base64_decode('[ Redacted, please don't post that here ]'));?>
I tried to decode it but I don't understand what it says!
Please Help!
Thanks!!

That is some seriously obfuscated crap.
Looks like a hack to me: http://www.google.com/search?q=eval%28base64_decode%28
Paste the whole string of code into Google for more specific results.

I guess it could be some obnoxious attempt by a theme author to make sure a piece of code stays in the footer, but with obfuscation like that I wouldn't trust the theme.
That obfuscated nonsense is from some Very Bad People™.
You should consider selecting a different theme from a reputable source, that provider is doing something dodgy and all you're doing is getting them ad revenue from your blog.
