It is a kind of complicated question, nobody has asked before.
I have an old domain called http://risingpakistan.wordpress.com/, 2 months back i abandoned this old blog. But it is still receiving traffic. I have a new domain called http://www.pakistanuncut.com , and now i blog here.
What i want is that to enter the kind of code so that the visitors going to my old blog(risingpakistan.wordpress.com) could be redirected to my new blog(pakistanuncut.com).
This is a challenging question. Does anybody know how to do it ?

I don't believe so. Only way that would happen, if Matt or Ryan or whatever.. would add a special redirect over at WP.com. I THINK. But, they could IMPORT the content from their WP.com blog to their WP blog on their domain name.
Then add a message on their WP.com blog saying that they moved.. Like http://install4free.wordpress.com did. Right folks? I'm getting sleepy here, so, need a double check on this.. haha
Could you not just do a meta redirect? I don't use wordpress.com, so I don't know if you can edit theme files. But if you could, couldn't you just stick a meta redirect in the header?
otherwise, could you not just post a link to the new site?
