What all would I have to do to put my nav menu at top of website? I would like it to be above header but scroll across the entire top so I am thinking I have to take it out of main and wrapper because I want it to take up the entire screen at the top with the nav buttons starting right at the left edge of the main/wrapper page.

I want to do what this person did http://www.sitesketch101.com/15-incredible-wordpress-plugins-you-need

I am having trouble figuring out where to put the php and if I need to create a new div or file or whatnot.

Ok I have figured out how to get the nav menu out of the wrapper/main/content area and have set the width to 100% so that the nav bar sizes itself based on the browser.

Now the only thing left is to figure out how to get the home, about, contact to start right above at the left side of the main/wrapper box.

I have targetted the rule that affects the placement of the menu
    #access .menu-header,
    div.menu

Now how do I get it to go where I want it so that no matter the screen size it is always in the same place that I want it?
