how do i put an image in my text sidebar?

    I uploaded to my wordpress file folder (using wordpress’ uploader)… but I can’t put the path to the image in my “text” widget on my sidebar… want to show a quick little bio of me with a photo.

    Any recommendations of the best way to do this?

    I don’t use widgets but will it let you put HTML in there?
