   I want to submit my wordpress feed to this site, but they only accept OPML feeds.

   http://design-feed.net/about.html

   I don't know what OPML is and I've found very little information on it that is helpful. Most of the info I've found starts over my head.

   Thanks in advance for any help here.

   They do not accept OPML feeds. That would not make sense, given what the site apparently does. That about page says that they will soon be publishing an OPML feed, which is a different thing entirely, one that you probably don't have to worry about.
