I would like to display the form on the home page of my blog. Therefore, I won’t be able to use the shortcode.

Is there an function I could call to render the form ?

@prakashraman,

You can still use the shortcode provided you also deploy it calling the WordPress core do_shortcode() function.

I cannot support deploying the plugin in this way in terms of unexpected behaviour but it should work fine.
