How Do I Mass Include Links from Other Sitemaps?

    How do I mass-include links under the “additional pages” section? I have a forum on my website (with it’s own sitemap), and would like all the links from that sitemap to be included within the one that this plugin generates. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this? Many thanks!
