How do I manage this Link idea

I’m trying to do a link but it wont work.
I want to do a 5 second meta refresh on each post. This part works well. How do I make the post name automatically insert as the refreshed url as a dot com. 5 hours of google and nothing.

example: <meta content=’5;http://%postname.com&#8217; http-equiv=’Refresh’/>

i know it’s wrong but wanted to show you were i need the post name to automatically appear for each post made.
