  • I am trying to rework a 3 column wordpress theme and need help on one point.

I’m setting it up with the left column being a sidebar that contains main site navigation, center column as the main content area, and the right column as an additional sidebar with email signup and such.

Right now I’ve got it LOOKING that way but I did it by moving the left sidebar call before the content.

My understanding is that for SEO purposes, this is a no-no. Content must always be first after header. Sidebar first has the google bot reading redundant stuff on every page/post. Not good.

So now I need to find a way to “bundle” both sidebar calls at the bottom of the post but STILL have the left sidebar show up left of the content.

I feel there is a way to do this, but I just don’t know what the steps are.
