   I have my blog rolling at http://www.partofthestory.com and have nested comments enabled, but apparently, the theme I've based my design on isn't compatible.

   Where and how do I code the theme to work with nested commenting?

   I have read this exact document, but when it says "to the comment form" add things, I'm not sure where this is referencing.

   Are all the code changes or additions made in the comments.php file?

   Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Looking forward to making this work.

   Most of those changes will probably be in the comments.php file, but it depends entirely on your specific theme and how it works.
